well it truly has been forever.  i have gone on a cruise, gone down the shore, endured some grand family drama, lived the 'klenk' situation, started senior year, screwed up one of my classes, gone on college visits that were awesome, and museum day has just passed too.

so let's start with the cruise on my extra quick recap.  it was so much fun.  i met some new cool people and danced the nights away.  during the day, i hit the gym, did some swimming, and participated in the lido deck activities.  my favorite was the survivor game where the participants had to go on a scavenger hunt on the deck to find a certain few items.  one of those items happened to be a green bikini top and who on the deck was wearing a green bikini top?  no one!  no one except....yours truly!  i ended up giving them my top but i kept a towel around me because i am not easy like that.  some old sicko behind us yelled "drop the towel"  but my dad just gave a hard stare and that was the end of that story.  i dressed for dinner every night and looked extra sexy.  that's my quick cruise recap.

next was the shore.  my grandmother came down with us.  we hit the beach like everyday.  we had fun on the boardwalk at night.  angelo and bridge came down too.  i have to say that i was not pleased with the chris-bridge situation and the way they both betrayed me.  to be honest with you, she still has not called me - not once!  and she promised me 3 or 4 times that she would call me to hash this out.  anyways, i have some really fun pics from the shore.

the klenk situation was next in events.  the oldest boy - on house arrest.  the middle boy - in his room for a great amount of time with various girls.  the youngest boy - a sweetheart.  adopted-greg - the guy that comforted and was the confidant, and shoulder to cry on.  he was very sweet after he knew there was no changing the mind.  the older sister - the me.  the escape and comforter.  cath - drunk as all heck and ready to drive after getting extra mad.  val - former virgin, now twice experienced and with evidence all over her clothes.  mel: schmoozing the guys.
some nights just never end!

senior year is now upon me.  i am hating some of my clases 2 in particular.  i hope this year will be more fun than last year.  museum day was this past wednesday.  i went to the insectarium because it worked best with my obligations for the day, which involved returning to school for the boys' soccer game.  on tuesday we will be choosing our pin and sweatshirt designs.  my senior picture is also coming up.  it sucks that it is on a school day, in school!  i will most definitely go during the early open times, not when i'm scheduled.

last event, or activity, to tell about is visiting colleges.  i have seen 2 schools, both of which i will withhold the names.  the first, i stayed at for a night in a freshman dorm.  i had a hell of alot of fun.  the other people were very welcoming and accomodating.  i spent a real day-in-the-life of a freshman.  the social gathering that night was also tons of fun.
the second school was a little different.  i stayed with a senior, in a house!  the lifestyle was very different and so were the other students.  the school is built on a mountain, so everything was a hike lol.  i stayed there for 3 nights and i had fun, but it was definitely just different.  after visiting, it was tough to compare the apples and oranges i experienced (freshman life in a freshman dorm versus senior life in a senior house).  so i have an idea of which i like better and am very excited for college, but i've got to ground myself and finish senior year.

i don't know why i am getting excited about this already, but my 17th birthday is next month!!!  i guess i'm excited because once it passes, i can legally enter rated-R movies and clubs LOL.  i think i'll do the same kind of gathering as last year because it was alot of fun!
